J2181 - Our client is seeking a Field Sales Operations Specialist - Netherlands, Utrecht to support financing transactions across several European countries. You will be the primary point of contact for end user customers and partners for sales operations support in relation to financing transactions.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Manage Sales Financing Program (referral) and Master Lease Agreement transactions coordinating between Sales, Credit, and the Funder to obtain/prepare the financing contracts, pricing, and negotiations.
Manage add-on hardware schedules and consulting takedowns.
Work with Sales in support of select strategic customers to identify customer invoicing and other requirements to ensure successful “on-boarding” of the account and provide a high-level of customer service.
Contact customers for booked software deals to confirm notification contacts, invoice requirements and communicate tax adjustments.
Manage booked hardware deals to track shipment, obtain notification and billing contact information, and obtain additional documentation (i.e., acceptance certificates, insurance).
Work with Partners to communicate processes for closing and funding and obtain post-booking documentation required for funding.
Work with Funders and Customers to resolve customer service issues (tax questions, invoicing issues, support pass-through reductions, tax rate changes)
Work with Customers, Portfolio Management, Sales and Funders to manage mid-term and end of term activity.
Participate as a team member or project leader on Lease Finance process improvements and technology projects.
Prepare management and metrics reports when requested.

PERSON SPECIFICATION:

Fluency in French, Dutch and English.
Business related degree preferred.
3 - 5 years' experience in vendor financing and / or leasing operations, with in-depth knowledge of leasing / financing contracts.
Knowledge of basic finance concepts (such as discounting cash flows, net present value, internal rate of return, etc) including intermediate Excel skills.
Ability to think analytically, problem solve and focus attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to work effectively under time critical deadlines.
Ability to work independently and demonstrate strong decision making ability under pressure situations.

We strongly favour applicants with proven relevant experience in Financial Services; particularly in Asset Finance and Leasing.
