£80,000-£88,000 Basic plus Bonus and excellent Benefits.
We are working with a leading Asset Finance provider that is looking for a Country Sales Manager to oversee their Vendor Finance division, focusing on ‘soft assets’. These vendors will be a mixture of prestigious Manufacturer programs and established Reseller relationships. Your well performing team will consist of circa 16 Sales people based across the UK.
This is a strategic leadership position where you will play an integral role in the success of your division. You will develop and implement a variety of new business initiatives to drive sales and ensure that your team are taking a proactive approach by regularly speaking with their Vendor connections as well as taking ownership of the development and performance of your team.
In order to be considered for this role you must possess Sales Management experience gained within the Office Technology/IT Finance market where your team’s ‘route to market’ has been via Vendors/Resellers. You will be a natural leader with the ability to inspire performance within sales teams and have a proven track record of achieving sales growth and delivery of results to business plans.
